St. Patrick's


Sheperd's Pie. Not nearly as good or exciting as I thought it would be. Many stomach pains.

Last night, I made Aloo Gobi. Here's how:
1 Head Cauliflower, broken into pieces
4 small red potatoes, chopped up small
Lemon Juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
3 tsp. Garam Masala (I made this myself, too!!!!)
1 large onion, chopped up.
Black Pepper, Cardamon, Turmeric and Cumin to taste.

Cook the onion in the spices and about 4 tsp. olive oil. Add the potatoes, simmer about half an hour covered. Stir frequently. Then add cauliflower and cover again, stirring and adding more spices as you go. This is delicious. Miss you.
